On August 27, I wrote about the improvement in cable speed in the town of Boxmeer, using the Finnish Teleste technology. In Boxwmeer clients could get 10Mbps downloading. Now @Home, the cable department of Essent Kabelcom, offers in Boxmeer @Home intensive with 40Mbps downloading speed and 8Mbps upload speed with an option to increase the upload speech four times (Quattro-Up) to 32Mbps. The monthly price will be 69,50 euro and the Quattro-Up option of 4,95 euro. The next step will be increasing the speed to 100Mbps.
